The following originally went out March 23, 2020

Parents and Students,
Our K-5 teachers will be contacting you over the next couple of days to communicate with you some enrichment opportunities that will be offered over the next two weeks.  With our schools being closed for the next two weeks, our goal is to keep students engaged in the educational process, and give them learning activities that are both fun and learning centered at the same time.  These activities will be offered remotely both online, and in some cases in packet form.  These enrichment/review activities are OPTIONAL.  They will not be reflected in your child's proficiency grades.   Your child's home room teacher will contact you with information on this, and will be notifying you about the method they will be sharing these opportunities/activities.  Again, remember, participation is optional.

Our teachers will also be notifying you of Office Hours they will be keeping.  This will be an opportunity for you to reach out directly to them via email, remind, phone etc... to ask questions regarding the enrichment work, and areas in which your child can focus their time and learning over the next two weeks.  They will also be posted on our website beginning tomorrow.

Teachers will also be reaching out to see if any households have any internet/technology concerns.

We appreciate the support of families as we work through this difficult and challenging time in schools.  Let your child's homeroom teacher or myself  know if you have any questions.  I can be reached at ericksonb@uinta4.com
Thank you
Bill Erickson

Please download the Box Tops app and help us out.

It's fast and easy.
Snap pics of your store receipts with your cell phone.
The app finds qualifying purchases and automatically adds them to our school's total.
Each qualifying purchase equals $.10,
and it really adds up fast when everyone helps.

As of Feb. 7 we are still behind our average at only $98.40.

We need you!

Elementary starts at 8:10 AM.
Our day ends at 3:10 PM.

Our K-8 school is a very busy place with over 600 students. If you have a change of plans for how your child is to go home, you will need to contact the office before 2:40 PM to ensure that each child with a "change of plans" can be safely notified.

Volunteers are welcome and encouraged.
Please contact your child's teacher to set it up.
